Hasiru Dala aims to carry out operations in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations Development Programme.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.

The 17 SDGs are integrated—that is, they recognize that action in one area will affect outcomes in others, and that development must balance social, economic and environmental sustainability.

      Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your startup sounds interesting and we wish you luck. Do you have a website we can look at?

As a trust Hasiru Dala does not provide any services; we work for the recognition of wastepickers and their incorporation into the formal waste management economy. We promote the setting up of dry waste collection centers and for plastics to be recycled and re-used wherever possible, and for other plastics to enter the Waste-to-Energy Process. Our philosophy is that where possible, plastics should be re-used and recycled to reduce the generation of virgin plastics.

      Best
